Does the reporting person need a company e-mail address?
No. The portal works without an account and without an e-mail address.
Can workplace harassment be reported through the system?
Yes, if the organisation extends the channel to HR and ethics cases — we mark them separately from reports that qualify under the Act.
Who can see the reporting person’s identity?
Only people holding the relevant permission. An organisation administrator gets no default access to the content or the identity.
Can we migrate a register from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Migration covers field validation, case mapping, attachments and an import report.
