Questions we hear most often
Are anonymous reports mandatory?
No. The organisation decides in its procedure whether it accepts them. We support handling them, but we don't force that decision.
Can we only accept anonymous reports?
That isn't a valid model. The system also handles reports that include personal data.
Does the reporter have to use a company email address?
No. The portal works without an account and without an email address. That matters for candidates, former employees, suppliers and contractors.
Can the system be used to report bullying?
Yes, if the organisation extends the channel to HR and ethics cases. We flag them separately from reports qualified by statute.
Who can see the reporter's identity?
Only people with the relevant permission. The organisation administrator and the IT department don't get default access to the content or the identity.
Does a report have to be made internally first?
No. The reporter can go straight to an external report to the competent authority.
Does the system guarantee full anonymity?
We don't require identifying data and we limit how it can be technically obtained. However, the content, a document, a device or the network may indirectly reveal the author — we explain this before the report is sent.
What happens after the subscription ends?
After you contact us, we provide a standard copy of your data free of charge within 7 days. The link is valid for 7 days and can be renewed.
Can we migrate a register from Excel?
Yes, as the individually priced “Data migration” service. In the panel you can import users, the organisation structure, categories and the procedure text yourself today.
Is the platform meant for public authorities?
Yes. The Public plan has separate processes for internal and external reports.
