Support and SLA
For every client
Support runs over email: support@strefasygnalisty.pl, on business days from 9:00 to 17:00. We do not run first-line report handling — that stays with your own team or with the law firm you entrust the channel to.
Higher SLA
The Enterprise plan and the "Dedicated instance" add-on: a response within 90 minutes on business days from 7:00 to 19:00, a dedicated account manager and phone contact.
A start with no long commitment
Monthly billing means a commitment for one billing period — start there and switch to yearly once you see the channel working for you. Setup based on the template procedure usually takes a few days; the onboarding add-on (below) includes step-by-step assistance.
Purchase questions
Can I change plans during my subscription?
Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately, with the difference billed for the remaining period. Downgrading requires first checking that your number of entities, users and data fit within the lower plan.
What payment methods are available?
Traditional bank transfer with a VAT invoice, with the payment deadline stated on the invoice, plus online payment by card or BLIK. The public sector usually uses bank transfer.
What happens if I don't pay for the next period?
A paying customer who doesn't pay for the next period gets a grace period to settle the payment. After that the panel works with restrictions, and data doesn't disappear automatically. An unpaid trial follows different rules, which the terms of service will set out.
Can add-ons be purchased at any time?
Yes. An extra legal entity, panel user, portal language or custom domain are all available from the admin panel without changing the base plan.
Does the price depend on the number of reports?
No. The subscription has no per-report fee — the price depends on the plan, the number of entities and the add-ons purchased, not on the number of cases received.
Do you offer a data processing agreement (DPA)?
Yes. The data processing agreement (DPA) is available in the document pack.
Public sector and procurement
Traditional bank transfer against a VAT invoice is available on every plan — no card payment is required before signing a contract. We prepare procurement documents on request.
